Accessibility Statement
Our WCAG 2.2 AA target, what we test, and how to reach us.
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
Connect Live AI is built mobile-first for working musicians, venue teams, and fans, and we want it usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, switch access, or magnification.
Our Standard
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA across connectlive.ai and frontrow.connectlive.ai.
What We Do
- Automated checks on every change. Every push runs axe-core (WCAG 2.x A/AA rules, including WCAG 2.2) against the key public surfaces at the 375px mobile viewport the product is designed for. Serious and critical violations fail the build.
- Touch targets. Interactive controls target a minimum 44px hit area (above the WCAG 2.5.8 24px minimum).
- No drag-only interactions. Everything achievable by dragging (maps, lists) has a single-tap alternative; the venue map has a full list view of the same data.
- Accessible authentication (WCAG 3.3.8). Sign-in has no puzzles or cognitive tests, allows paste, and carries proper
autocompleteattributes so password managers work everywhere. - Semantic labeling. Form fields, buttons, and landmarks carry programmatic names; map pins are individually labeled by venue name.
Known Limitations
- Pinch zoom is constrained in the installed app experience to keep the mobile layout stable. Text scales with your system font-size setting, and we are evaluating removing the constraint entirely.
- Some older marketing imagery is still being re-checked for alt-text quality.
