Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your data. Here is what that means and how to opt out.
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
Last Updated: July 29, 2026
The short version
Connect Live AI does not sell your Personal Information, and never has. This page explains what that means under state privacy laws and how to exercise the related opt-out, which is already built into the product.
What we do and do not do
We do not sell your Personal Information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the way those terms are used under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws.
The one advertising technology we use is a Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API on our public ticket pages, described in full in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy. It measures whether our own show ads lead to ticket sales. It is consent-gated: it does not run at all unless you allow it.
How to opt out
To the extent any state law treats that measurement as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising," you have a built-in opt-out, and we honor it three ways:
- Decline the cookie banner the first time you see it.
- Use the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of any page at any time to withdraw or change your choice.
- Send the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser. We detect it and treat it as an opt-out automatically, with no further action needed from you.
Any one of these stops the advertising technology, removes its cookies, and prevents the purchase-measurement event from being sent.
Other privacy rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion of your data are available from your account settings or by emailing privacy@connectlive.ai. Your full rights, including the rights specific to the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, are in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
